Can it be introduced outside of Japan?
Currently, Japan and China are eligible countries for introduction and support. ※Europe and the U.S. will be expanded in the future.
What can be inspected?
We detect uneven paint defects (bumps, scratches, scratches, etc.).
What car types are supported?
We can handle everything from mini cars to minivan sizes.
※The inspection range is greatly affected by the shape of the vehicle, so please consult separately.
Are there any limited paint colors that can be inspected?
As long as the gloss of the inspection surface is secured, there is no restriction on color.
※Gloss level 80 or more
How long is the delivery time?
It takes about half a year from order to installation and adjustment.
※Since it is a made-to-order production, the schedule may be affected by the delivery date of the parts at that time.
How big is the facility? How much installation area is it needed?
The installation space of L:4700mm, W:4700mm, H:3900mm, is the expected value.
※It will vary depending on the customer's production line.
Is it possible to collect and monitor data?
It's possible.
Data such as inspection results and inspection images can be stored and checked on the equipment PC.
Is it possible to link with the factory's system?
Since there are parts that depend on the specifications of the system side, please consult separately.
Is it possible for the introducer to adjust the detection accuracy by users?
The detection size can be adjusted by the customer. We also offer consultation on coordination support.
Can users add additional models by themselves?
When adding a vehicle model, it is necessary to adjust the optimal robot position for imaging, so request to Ricoh is recommended.
