These web sites https://www.ricohelemex.co.jp/ ("RICOH ELEMEX Sites") are owned, operated and maintained by or for RICOH ELEMEX Corporation. ("RICOH ELEMEX").

Please read these terms and conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions") carefully before accessing and browsing RICOH ELEMEX Sites. You may use RICOH ELEMEX Sites only if you agree to and accept Terms and Conditions without limitation or reservation.

  3. The trademark "RICOH" and any other product names of RICOH ELEMEX used, quoted and/or referenced in RICOH ELEMEX Sites are trademarks or registered trademarks of RICOH ELEMEX Corporation. Other company name and product names used, quoted and/or referenced in RICOH ELEMEX Sites may be protected
  4. Use of materials on RICOH ELEMEX Sites shall NOT be interpreted as a comprehensive grant and/or assignment of RICOH ELEMEX's and/or the third parties' patent, utility model, trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright, design, trade secret or any other intellectual property right by RICOH ELEMEX or the third parties, even if you may use materials on RICOH ELEMEX Sites to the extent that RICOH ELEMEX expressly approve your use on RICOH ELEMEX Sites in accordance with Terms and Conditions.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Please refrain from using RICOH ELEMEX Sites for any of the following acts:

  1. Infringing the legal rights (including the rights of privacy and publicity) of RICOH ELEMEX and/or others
  2. Causing any damages or disadvantage to RICOH ELEMEX and/or others
  3. Disturbing public order
  4. Criminal act
  5. Uploading false information including, but not limited to, other's IP address and password.
  6. Using RICOH ELEMEX Sites for any commercial purpose.
  7. Defaming, disgracing or libeling RICOH ELEMEX and/or others
  8. Uploading files that contain viruses corrupted files that may cause damages to the operation.
  9. Any other activities that are unlawful or prohibited by any applicable laws.
  10. Any other activities that RICOH ELEMEX deems inappropriate.

  1. The third parties' web sites (other than RICOH ELEMEX Sites) linked to or from RICOH ELEMEX Sites ("Linked Sites") are independently operated and maintained by such third parties and are not under the control and/or supervision of RICOH ELEMEX. Use of the Linked Site shall be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the operator of each Linked Site. RICOH ELEMEX shall not be responsible for any loss, expense or damage, however caused, in connection with the use of any Linked Site and your access to any of the Linked Sites shall be at your own risk.

Please note that any information or material sent to RICOH ELEMEX will be deemed NOT to be confidential. RICOH ELEMEX shall not be obligated to examine, evaluate, and adopt such information or material.
  2. By sending RICOH ELEMEX any information or material, you grant RICOH ELEMEX an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those information or material, and you also agree that RICOH ELEMEX is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send RICOH ELEMEX for any purpose. Therefore, RICOH ELEMEX shall not be responsible for any loss, expense or damage including, but not limited to, payment of compensation, in connection with the RICOH ELEMEX's adoption of the information or material identical or similar to the information or material that you send RICOH. ELEMEX.
  3. RICOH ELEMEX will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or other information to RICOH ELEMEX unless:

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION

Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan unless otherwise expressly provided. All controversies and disputes arising out of or relating to Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the Nagoya District Court in Tokyo, Japan as the Court of first instance.
